2017 TCSA Annual Conference - Abilene, Texas

Conference Information

This year's Texas Christian School Association Conference will take place at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas from Monday, July 31st – Tuesday, August 1st.

Sponsor Spaces: The doors will open at 8:00 AM for you to begin set-up. ACU will provide a 6' table and they will be labeled with vendor names in alphabetical order. Conference registration does not begin until 11:00 AM; lunch will be served at 12:00 PM (your meals are covered as a part of your vendor payment). Each registration bag will contain a sheet with the registered vendor booth business names/universities. The TCSA will award an iPad Mini to a registrant randomly selected from those that have visited each booth and obtained your signature. ACU requires each vendor to have a table cover. If your business/university does not have one, you will be required to rent one from ACU for $10.

Advertisement: Included in your sponsorship is advertisement with logo and contact information for one full year on the TCSA website.

2016 Conference: Over 300 attendees from 12 schools.
